Rosetta Brown is President and CEO of R.H. Brown & Company, LLC., and Global Security & Logistics, LLC., both in Columbus, Ohio, with satellite offices maintained outside of Ohio. Our focus is on strengthening businesses through communication, business planning, financial resource collaboration, and housing development. Brown holds an Associates degree in Accounting, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organization Management & Leadership from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio. She is currently in pursuit of a Masters in Legal Studies. Additionally, she formally served on the advisory board of The Huntington National Bank and Co –Chair of the Community Economic Development Board for the City of Columbus. She currently serves as a Board Member for Columbus State Community College Foundation Board.
Some of Rosetta’s professional experiences includes, Consultant for local Real Estate Developer, President/Chief Executive Officer of self-started woman –owned and minority-owned business, Relocation Specialist for HUD PD and Public Housing Authorities, HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Consulting and project implementation, HUD Section 3 Training, Fiscal Reviewer for the Head Start Bureau, Ohio Department of Education Rater for No Child Left Behind (NCLB) and Financial Trainer for non-profit agencies; Financial Literacy.
She also has achieved several accomplishments, some of which include: Six Sigma Certifications – White Belt, Green Belt, Contract Auditor for Ohio Department of Job & Family Services, Training Developer for local and state events, Interim Executive Director for local non-profit in Franklin County, Ohio and Community Outreach for Choice Neighborhood Initiative Award for PHA.
